This 1977 feature by Luis Armando Rocha, a Venezuelan-French production, follows the adventures of a movie collector who travels across the Venezuelan countryside in a bus filled with reels and projection equipment and shows his films in remote locations. Eventually he’s joined by an 11-year-orphan and a French hitchhiker (played by the late, great Juliet Berto, an actress and director best known for her roles in films by Godard and Rivette).
