If Bruce Willis—as a psychotherapist trying to help a boy whose terrifying hallucinations may be real—weren’t Bruce Willis the sincerity of this supernatural thriller’s aesthetic goals might have been apparent earlier on. With Haley Joel Osment, Toni Collette, and Olivia Williams, and cinematography by Tak Fujimoto.
