A single mother and businesswoman (Joanne Whalley-Kilmer) is selected to serve on the jury in the trial of a ruthless mob boss (Armand Assante). She finds herself being coerced into voting for his acquittal and persuading the other jurors to do the same. Heywood Gould (One Good Cop) directed this thriller from a script he wrote with playwright Jordan Katz; Gabriel Byrne and William Hurt costar, and Frederick Elmes is the cinematographer.
