Menage comedy from writer-director Coline Serreau, about a threesome with enough emotional generosity to welcome a fourth for bridge. Generically, this belongs to the romance of the antiromance school—the stance may be modern, but the sentimentality is strictly Victorian. Still, it’s too bubbly—and even bubbleheaded—to be offensive. Serreau keeps the focus soft and the sex well-scrubbed. With Sami Frey, Christine Murillo, Mario Gonzalez, and Nicole Jamet (1979).
