Scott Harris watch: Longtime Rosebud chef Joe Farina sold his South Loop Italian restaurant Cafe Bionda a few months back and has joined Mary Jo Gennaro in the kitchen at Scott Harris and Jimmy Bannos Sr.‘s Taylor Street restaurant Salatino’s, where as executive chef he’ll be introducing new items including a sausage bar and seasonal daily specials. Harris’s Wicker Park restaurant Francesca’s Forno is being renovated and is slated to reopen on July 20. —Kate Schmidt
