There’s not much you can get done on a lunch break besides refueling, but the Lunch Ladies at the downtown Whole Foods are offering a cooking class for people on the go. Every Monday from noon to one, they roll out an array of samples built around a common product or theme, complete with recipe cards and diet tips. Since New Year’s they’ve highlighted raw foods (guacamole and beet chips) and sashimi-grade canned tuna (in a salad made with tangerine oil, arugula, roasted red peppers, and grilled artichoke hearts). Up next: dips and spreads you might want to whip up for a Super Bowl party.
