Dear Reader,
Please stop printing letters from irate readers who seem to have nothing better to do than nitpick Bill Wyman’s words. Personally, I can take Wyman or leave him; his writing and subject matter doesn’t move me. However, as I gloss over “The 100 Greatest Moments in Rock History” [Hitsville, September 29], I can visualize countless hacks rushing to the nearest typewriter or Mac, foaming at the mouth, ready to launch into a diatribe over Wyman’s exclusions and inclusions.
Spare us.
