He’s five-ten with light brown hair and eyes, German-American features. Likes to wear pastel shirts and casual clothes, even when he’s recording the announcements. Lives in the city and owns a condo that is very well kept, but not anally so. Loves jazz, but not in clubs. He doesn’t do drugs, but likes red wine. . . . The CTA really kept this guy under wraps, or I would be able to tell you what he was really like.

–Ross Nuccio, late 30s, CTA customer assistant, Brown Line at Montrose
