A springtime mixologist mashup

Friday, March 21 | 7-9:30 PM | Chop Shop | $45

Join Chicago’s most celebrated mixologists for an evening of exemplary and unusual craft cocktails at our Spring Cocktail Challenge. Inspired by the Reader‘s biweekly series in which bartenders challenge fellow bartenders to make a drink with a chosen ingredient, the Spring Cocktail Challenge will see 20 mixologists (from the likes of Sable Kitchen & Bar, the Dawson, Three Dots and a Dash, Bangers & Lace, the Barrelhouse Flat, and more) go head-to-head to create the most creative and delicious spring-inspired cocktail.

Sample the 20 mixologists’ best springtime libations, decide who pulled off the most impressive drink, and enjoy complimentary wine from City Winery, beer from Shiner, and bites from Chop Shop.
